In the previous article, we simulated the analysis process using virtual data from the e-commerce demo environment to understand how Sensors Analytics can help users quickly understand the quantity and quality of new customer acquisition from various channels. In actual use, Sensors Analytics uses data from the user's own real user data sources.

1. Data Source Issues

All data in Sensors Analytics comes from the customer's own data integration.

2. Sensors Analytics mainly supports three types of customer data integration: front-end operations, back-end logs, and business data (including historical data). Sensors Analytics provides various data integration solutions and tools for different data sources.

For example, we provide the client SDK, server SDK, external data import tool, and data import API.

  • Data Security Issues
  • Except for the SaaS version where data storage is provided by Sensors Analytics, for private deployment of standalone/cluster editions, data is stored on the customer's own servers. Sensors Analytics does not provide user data of customers it has served to build user tag systems for accurate marketing and push.
  • At the same time, various technical measures are implemented to ensure the security of customer data. For example, the use of HTTPS as the transmission protocol, encryption of transmitted content, non-exposure of customer data by Sensors Analytics during data collection, and antispam measures after collection.
  • With this, we have completed the entire beginner's introduction. In the next chapter, we will provide a detailed explanation of how to use various analysis models in Sensors Analytics.

Thank you for using Sensors Analytics. Welcome to the Sensors Analytics e-commerce demo. Follow the instructions for hands-on experience.
