1. User Tags

Feature markers produced by processing user attribute information, behavior information, and business information. Their values are highly summarized, mutually independent, and exhaustively enumerable. Tags in the data structure contain tag names and corresponding values.

At the same time, because tags are high-level summaries of users, their threshold ranges often adjust with changes in user distribution. When tag creation rules change, the change history of the tags has version records.

Tags can be created through rule configuration, manual marking, or routine marking. When an enterprise has its own tags, it can use import tools to import user tags into the system.

User tags are generally created and maintained by a professional data team to ensure the uniqueness of statistical caliber within the overall system.

2. User Segments

A collection of users formed from multiple users, which can be obtained through analysis models, rule filtering, etc..

When creating user segments individually, rules can be configured, or users can be directly created by uploading files to match user IDs/other user attributes.

3. Single User Panoramic View

Aggregates user accounts, attributes, tags, and behavior events information to build a comprehensive, multi-dimensional 360° user profile, helping enterprises better understand customer needs and behaviors to achieve personalized marketing and services.
