1. Overview
Configuring data sources is the first step in the data access process. All accessed data sources will be managed centrally in Data Fusion > Data Source Management.
Main functions include:
- Add Data Source
- Manage Data Source
2. Supported Data Sources
Data source types include databases, object storage, etc. The supported data sources include:

After the data source configuration meets the preceding requirements, perform the following three steps to configure and create the data source:
- Select data source type
- Fill in the configuration information
- Test the connection or commit the creation directly
3. Permission
- In Data source management page to view existing data source connections required by the user view data source permission.
- In Data source management page to make a series of management operations, such as adding, editing, and deleting data sources, need manage data sources permission.
4. Common Questions
4.1. Why is the data source disconnected?
Please check whether it is the following reason:
- Ensure that the data source to be connected is connected to the Oracle server network.
- The server, password, and connection information are incorrectly configured.
- The account or password is incorrect.
4.2. Delete a data source connection. Why can't I delete it?
If a table in a data source connection has already been added to the data table, the corresponding data source connection cannot be deleted unless the added data table is deleted first.
4.3. Can the database be left blank when adding a data source connection?
When adding some data sources, the database information is not required.
