Through the configuration of report permissions, multiple users can share and view, and collaborate in editing reports to better coordinate the management of report assets.

Collaborative Management

The creator can collaborate in managing the business model by adding administrators and users with the administrator role. Users with administrative permissions can view this report in their own directory.

• The scope of collaborative management includes: editing/deleting reports, setting permissions, etc.
• The creator can choose to add specific objects as administrators, and supports quick addition based on member name, role, and position.

At the same time, administrators can manage the group list of reports, such as grouping management based on business directories, analysis scenarios, or user groups.

Users can share reports with other users, and the shared users can view the reports in their own report list.

Data Viewing Permissions

The data viewing permissions for each chart within a report are consistent with the data viewing permissions for the business model.
